You won’t find RVs when you spend the night here. This one-of-a-kind campground only consists of yurts, safari tents, and traditional tent sites for rent. And if you like lodging in rustic cabins, you'll find those here as well.
Because the campground sits directly on the shores of Lake Superior, it is an ideal spot from which to embark on a kayaking or canoeing tour of the area.
If you love relaxing along Michigan beaches, there’s also plenty of sandy space here for a relaxing beach day. Pack your swimsuit, beach towel, beach umbrella, chair or mat, sunblock, sandcastle-making tools, and maybe even a boogie board. And don’t forget your camera to capture some amazing views, too!
Whether you’re spending the night in a cozy cabin or a charming yurt, you’ll enjoy access to grilling areas, fire rings, and an on-site bathroom and shower facility.
You’ll be counting down the days until your next visit before you know it. Paddler’s Village Campground is open every year from May through the end of September. As Michigan campgrounds go, this is one of the most unique... and the secret's out!
