The USS Edson was a Forrest Sherman-class destroyer for the United States Navy, and believe it or not, it has a haunting past. Built in 1958 by Bath Iron Works in Maine, for some reason throughout its history this vessel has garnered the fascination of countless ghost hunters.

After decades of meritious service, the vessel was decommissioned in 1988, became a museum ship at the Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Museum in New York, and was later transported to Bay City in 2012 to also serve as a museum.
