Halloween might look a bit different this year, but that doesn’t mean Michiganders have run out of ways to have fun. For those who are still keen on donning costumes and enjoying time with little ones, there’s one family-friendly event that will bring a sense of joy to the season. Load the car up and head out for an exciting – and safe – Halloween adventure.
Crossroads Village can be accessed via North Bray Rd in Flint.
This beloved destination, which is operated by Genesee County Parks and Recreation, refers to itself as a living history museum and offers fun family programming throughout the year.
While it’s certainly most popular during warmer months, Crossroads Village comes to life for special events when holidays roll around. Halloween is no exception.
This year, visitors can participate in a drive-through Halloween experience known as Ghosts & Goodies. The event is slated to continue through the end of October.
No matter when you choose to stop by, you’ll have a total blast. For just $20 per vehicle, families will enjoy a 30-minute drive alongside family-friendly Halloween displays.
Of course, no seasonal celebration is complete without a few treats. Attendees will receive a fun Ghosts & Goodies gift bag to add an extra dose of charm to the drive-thru.
While guests are not permitted to stop along the way, there’s still plenty of time and space throughout the route for visitors to appreciate the impeccably decorated surroundings.
It might not be the same as traditional trick-or-treating, but a visit to Ghosts & Goodies will provide adaptable Michiganders with Halloween memories to last a lifetime.
