Sunday brunch just wouldn’t be complete without a Bloody Mary, but some are better than others. First, you have to get the Bloody Mary mix just right…then you have to add the perfect garnishes.
No restaurant in the world is going to garnish a drink that makes every customer happy, though. So what’s the solution? A Bloody Mary bar, of course! The Dock at Bayview in Richland offers one every Sunday, and you can create your own work of art in a glass. Check it out:
The Dock At Bayview got its start in 2013, and it's been a vibrant part of the community ever since.
Nestled on the banks of Gull Lake in Richland, this place is pretty scenic, year-round. Dine on the deck with a view when the weather's warm, or snuggle into the dining room when it's chilly outside.
Every Sunday, from noon to 3 p.m., you can craft your own Bloody Mary at the bar. They load the bar up with all kinds of fixings so that you can create your own unique masterpiece.
Choose from all kinds of different savory meats, including the restaurant's famous root-beer-braised BBQ pulled pork, pepperoni, bacon, ham, crab legs, and more.
Add a few veggies so you can call this a healthy brunch. You'll find asparagus spears, celery stalks, pickles, and stuffed jalapenos, just to name a few. Add a couple of cubes of cheese while you're at it.
The Dock At Bayview is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.; Sunday from noon to midnight. Brunch is served Sunday from Noon to 3 p.m.
Check out the entire menu on The Dock At Bayview’s website, and follow the restaurant’s Facebook page to see what’s new. Have you built your own Bloody Mary here? If so, tell us what you put in yours!
