Invented in New Orleans in 1889, this iconic Southern favorite gets its name from the richness of the sauce. Fresh Carolina oysters are topped with dijon, bacon, onions, and a spinach cream before being oven roasted and topped with parmesan. One you try these, you’ll never go back to raw oysters.
