There are a number of amazing Mexican restaurants in Detroit and we’ve listed just some of the few we think are worthy of a visit.
How many Italian/Mexican restaurants have you been too? El Barzon specializes in authentic Mexican cuisine and possibly the best homemade pasta you've ever had at a restaurant. It's definitely a unique combo!

You can find the best tacos with tons of meat options, topped off with incredible cheese at Taqueria Mi Pueblo. You can't beat the great atmosphere and excellent chips and spicy salsa.

Xochimilco Restaurant is a favorite here in Mexicantown and we couldn't possibly leave it off this list. They have awesome lunch specials and amazing hot-to-the-touch tortilla chips.
