October’s quickly drawing to a close, bringing with it the spookiest night of the year. A night that Halloween fans start counting down for at the strike of midnight each November 1. Add some bone-chilling thrills to your Halloween season when you climb aboard a haunted hayride in Massachusetts. However, that’s just the beginning of the fun.
Cross your fingers that the driver of your wagon can outrun the witches, the zombies, and the other ghoulish creatures you'll find chasing you on your journey through Witch's Woods in Westford.
Witch's Woods has earned props as New England's longest haunted hayride at 20 minutes and as the only haunted hayride in Massachusetts. That makes it a must visit.
Witch's Woods will work a bit differently in 2020 due to the ongoing pandemic. All guests, for example, must wear masks and socially distance. Tickets must also be purchased online.
You'll have an hour and a half to enjoy your hayride and to make your way through the rest of the attractions. Failure to adhere to COVID-guidelines could result in removal from the park.
Have you been on this haunted hayride in Massachusetts? Tell us about it in the comments! If you prefer a bit of a quieter way to celebrate the season, climb aboard the Cape Cod Central Railroad to view the spectacular fall foliage.
