The Top Secret Beach In Massachusetts That Will Make Your Summer Complete
Everyone knows that Cape Cod can get beyond busy when the warm season rolls around. This beach is a hidden gem that is perfect for getting away from the summer crowds.
If you’re looking for a beach day that includes soft sand, gorgeous views and plenty of privacy, check out Crowes Pasture Beach in Dennis. Read on for more information about this lovely secret swimming spot.

This is one of the most secluded swimming spots on Cape Cod and the natural beauty here is unrivaled. Think silvery beach grass, long stretches of smooth sand and supremely climbable rocks and boulders. It’s an experience that’s pretty different from many of the larger, more popular public beaches on the Cape.

Of course, its hidden location doesn’t come without a few drawbacks. Parking near the beach is extremely limited during the summer season and you won’t have much luck finding a spot unless you arrive early in the day. Your best bet would be to park a ways away and bike or walk to the beach. There are also no public restrooms, so plan ahead.

If you don’t mind a lovely walk through the woods, Crowes Pasture Beach is a must-see hidden gem.
To reach this hidden beach, take Rte. 6A in East Dennis to School St. (across from Airline Rd, just before the Brewster Town Line), the first right onto South Street, and head straight through the stop sign. You’ll see a cemetery on your right where parking is permitted. (685 Route 134, South Dennis, MA)
