I'm an east coast girl living in a west coast world. I grew up in New England before moving to SoCal for several years. I then lived in NYC or a year before moving to AZ in 2009. I worked in the entertainment industry for many years of my adult life and have a deep love for photography, writing, and traveling around the U.S. as well as to far-flung locations around the world. Travel is my life and writing about it is a dream!
Playgrounds are places where childhood memories are made. With slides and swings, monkey bars and climbing walls, it’s a great place for kiddos to have some fun and expend some pent-up energy! And while most playgrounds adequately provide a safe place to run around, there’s a Patriots-themed playground in Massachusetts that any football fan can appreciate.
Located within Maplewood Park in Fall River, Patriots Park first opened in 2018. This Patriots-themed playground is the perfect spot for any young fan of New England's only NFL team.
Funded and customized by the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation, this park was designed with the team's logo and colors (red, white, and blue) in mind.
Kids will enjoy climbing up, over, and around the Flying Elvis, scaling walls and ladders, swinging on the swings, and more. As a parent, grandparent, or guardian, you can just sit back and relax as the kiddos have some fun!
Having a playground in a community can ensure that children have a place to get exercise, whether it's every day or a few times a week. And this Patriots football-themed playground is as fun as a playground can get!
Have you ever taken the kids to this Patriots-themed playground in Massachusetts? There’s also another Patriots Playground at Weir Waterfront Park in Taunton. Do your kids or grandkids enjoy any other themed playgrounds in the state? Let us know in the comments.
