Pulaski Park is a compact urban park in Northampton. It’s right on Main Street and is sandwiched between City Hall and the Academy of Music Theatre. Though it may not be as big as other famous city parks, this little square is an absolute jewel.

The park was once a derelict space that had fallen out of use since the 1970s. In 2016, it reopened as a community space filled with lush greenery, benches, walkways, shady trees, and even a small stage. There’s also a plaza with moveable tables and chairs so people can gather to eat, play, and chat. If you prefer stretching out on the ground, the grassy lawn is perfect for picnicking.
