Have you ever been to a restaurant where you have been presented with a menu as big as a novel? Whenever this happens to me, I become so overwhelmed with all the endless menu choices that I usually end up ordering the same entree time after time. Sometimes, I think it would be nice to do away with all the options and have just one fantastic featured meal. Well, that time is about to come! A new restaurant named Medium Rare is coming to Watertown, and there is only one entree on the menu. I simply can’t wait to try it!
As you may have guessed from the name, Medium Rare specializes in delicious steak. The restaurant offers customers a simple, extraordinary dining experience.
Because they only make one entree, they've certainly perfected it!
The Watertown location is set to open in the Arsenal Yards complex in Spring 2024. The restaurant also has locations in the Washington DC area, Baltimore, and New Orleans.
Arsenal Yards has so much to offer. Along with fantastic restaurants, there are great shops, a movie theater, a fitness center, and even a Hampton Inn and Suites hotel.

Medium Rare features a prix fixe menu that is both plentiful and affordable. For under $30, you can get three amazing courses. First off is the yummy artisan rustic bread.
If three courses aren’t enough to fill you up, rest assured, there is more to come. When you are halfway through your meal, you can ask for a second portion free of cost!
Have you dined at any of the other Medium Rare locations? If so, how did the restaurant compare to other steakhouses? More information about this establishment can be found on the Medium Rare website and the Medium Rare Facebook page.
You will have to wait until spring to try out Medium Rare, but 71° West Atlantic Steakhouse in Plymouth and Cima in Wilbraham are two other fantastic steakhouses that you should try out in the meantime.
