Whenever I step foot in an old-fashioned chocolate store, my senses just come alive. I love looking at the various candies on display in the cabinets, sampling the different flavors, and succumbing to the delicious aroma of freshly made chocolate. There is just something about that smell that takes me back to the days when I was gifted Valentine’s candy and chocolate Easter bunnies. Unfortunately, these specialty shops are harder to find nowadays, but they do exist. North Easton’s Hilliards Chocolates has been making great chocolate for 100 years and is still going strong.
Have you visited Hilliards Chocolates in North Easton or their other locations? Which type of chocolate did you like the best? More information about this tasty shop can be found at the Hilliards Chocolates website and the Hilliards Chocolates Facebook page.
