Massachusetts is the home of many beautiful slices of nature, but one of the most prominent is often the most overlooked. The Connecticut River is a mighty river that isn’t only the longest in our state, but all of New England. If you grew up in the Bay State, there’s a good chance you’ve driven over this massive river in Pioneer Valley or a tiny town or two. While it’s easy to take this beautiful river for granted since we see it so often, it’s good to slow down and take it all in.
