The Nantucket Cranberry Festival is an island tradition that’s been going strong for over 15 years. It allows visitors to learn about cranberries and even pick their own!
Watch real cranberry farmers venture out into the bogs to harvest cranberries right before your eyes. The demonstrations occur throughout the day, so there’s plenty of opportunity to check out the action.
When you’re ready, you can also pull on some waders and hop Ito the bog to help with a traditional wet harvest. It’s a truly unique experience.
Along with the harvest demonstrations, you can expect to enjoy live music, a berry-bouncing machine, hay rides, and bog tours.

The 16th Annual Cranberry Festival on Nantucket will be held Saturday, October 12, 2019. Head to Milestone Cranberry Bog to join in the fun. Admission is free and parking is $20 per car.
