Burrito chains seem to be popping up all over the place lately. While many of these offer customers quick take-out, not all produce a fresh meal using delicious, homemade ingredients. The exception to this trend is the small chain of Anna’s Taqueria restaurants that can be found sprinkled throughout the greater Boston area, Anna’s has been producing authentic Mexican take-out for over 25 years.
Anna’s started off in 1995 as a small take-out restaurant in the Boston suburb of Brookline. There are now seven eateries located throughout the Boston area.
My relationship with Anna’s Taqueria began years ago when I was a new grad living in Boston. I walked in with a hungry stomach and am now a very loyal customer!
Despite the fact that the regular-size burrito is plenty of food for one person, the food is so good that I often can’t help but always order a super-sized option.

Each burrito is made-to-order using fresh, homemade ingredients that are full of flavor.
When you get to the counter, you choose your rice, beans, protein, veggies, toppings, and sauces. The staff then wraps it all up in a tortilla and you are presented with a delicious meal.
