I'm an east coast girl living in a west coast world. I grew up in New England before moving to SoCal for several years. I then lived in NYC or a year before moving to AZ in 2009. I worked in the entertainment industry for many years of my adult life and have a deep love for photography, writing, and traveling around the U.S. as well as to far-flung locations around the world. Travel is my life and writing about it is a dream!
When the weather is warm, most of us want to spend as much time as possible outside. Whether it’s to go hiking, to a beach, or drink and eat outside on a patio at our favorite establishment, we have numerous options here in the Bay State to enjoy the great outdoors. And if you’ve been searching for an awesome brewery that serves delicious frosty brews in a beer garden, head to Wormtown Brewery in Worcester.
Wormtown Brewery first opened its doors in the space of Worcester's old Peppercorn's Ice Cream Factory in 2010. In 2015, it moved to a new space on Shrewsbury Street and has since become the go-to place in the neighborhood.
This brewery offers a wide variety of tasty brews from several IPAs to seasonal brews, a Märzen Oktoberfest, the Mass Whole Lager, and a Table Talk Pies line. For those who don't drink beer, there are gluten-free craft hard seltzers available in several refreshing flavors.
