Wingaersheek Beach, Gloucester, MA 01930, USA

If you’re from Gloucester, you’ve probably spent quite a bit of time at Wingaersheek Beach. This local hangout is little known to the rest of the Bay State, but once you visit, you’ll be a fan for life. When walking upon this glimmering beach, you may even see something pop out of the sand, only to find a beautiful live sand dollar. In fact, Wingaersheek Beach is home to dozens of them. This beach is one of the most incredible Massachusetts beaches to visit.

Old Silver Beach, Falmouth, MA 02556, USA

Every Bay Stater knows that Buzzards Bay is home to some of the warmest and most beautiful beaches in our state, and this Falmouth hidden gem is no exception. This beach is equipped with all of the amenities you need in the summer months including parking lots and a snack bar. Since it's west-facing, you'll get some of the best sunsets around. It's one of the best hidden beaches in Massachusetts.

Duxbury Beach, Duxbury, MA 02332, USA

Not only is this beach absolutely breathtaking, but it's also an important barrier to help limit coastal erosion. At six miles long, you can stroll upon this Duxbury beach for hours. You can catch a great sunrise on the beach, or head over to Duxbury Bay for an incredible sunset — this beach certainly has it all.

The only company you'll have are other locals, but tourists are highly unlikely. The view from the path alone is absolutely breathtaking, as shimmering grass covers the rolling sand dunes in all directions. It's one of the most incredible secret beaches in Massachusetts.

This little-known beach is part of Crowes Pasture Conservation Area in East Dennis. This is definitely a local secret worth finding, even if that includes a trek down a dirt road with quite a few potholes. You'll be rewarded with a remote-feeling beach that's in pristine condition.
