Are you a fan of sea glass? Have you always wanted to show off your beach finds? You can do that and so much more at the following sea glass festival in Maryland. Mark your calendar for this unique and colorful event that’s happening in scenic St. Michaels. Read on for the details and enjoy!
The 8th Annual Eastern Shore Sea Glass and Coastal Arts Festival will take place in St Michaels, in the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum area.
On Saturday April 6th and Sunday April 7th, head here for a beautiful event to remember, located right next to the water.
There will be over 70 vendors from the Delmarva area, selling sea glass goods, including jewelry, collectibles, decor, and more.
And don't miss the Beach Finds of the Chesapeake Exhibit, which features items from the lifelong collections of watermen and waterwomen who have worked on crab and oyster boats for many years.
And if you've got your own sea glass finds, bring them on Sunday April 7th from 1 to 3pm. You can participate in the Beach Finds Contest, where winners will be announced at the Van Lennep Auditorium at 3:30pm.
And on BOTH days, you can ride on the scenic Miles River aboard Patriot Cruises. Cruises depart each day at 12:30pm and 2:30pm and rides last 65 minutes. Price is only $10 for festival goers!
No need to bring food, because there will also be plenty of delicious vendors on site. Seafood especially!
