Here in Maryland, the struggle is real. Whether it’s a traffic jam when you’re already late, or a restaurant that’s out of your favorite hometown brew. These 10 Maryland struggles are most definitely first world problems, but are also so darn relatable.
1. Getting Old Bay in a cut and having it burn like the fire of a thousand suns.
2. Never knowing if it's time to stow away your winter jacket. Make up your mind Mother Nature!!!
3. When someone swears that you have a Maryland accent but you think you sound "normal." It may leave you questioning EVERYTHING.
4. The morning commute to work.
5. Heated sports rivalries that have been known to tear friends and family apart.
6. When a restaurant doesn't have Natty Boh.
7. The littlest bit of rain or snow and everyone loses their minds.
8. When the Old Bay filet-o-fish is back but you gave up McDonald's for Lent.
9. The heightened anxiety while driving over the Bay Bridge.
10. Accidentally eating all of the Fisher's popcorn on the car ride home.
One thing’s for sure, dealing with these struggles is a small price to pay for living in one of the BEST, most prideful states.
