For decades, road trippers driving along the National Pike have loved to stop for a bite at Park-N-Dine, a roadside diner that has been around since 1946. With its family atmosphere, great food, and friendly service, this has become a favorite stop for many travelers as well as locals.

This nostalgic eatery has been around for almost 75 years and has maintained some vintage charm of the original portion of the diner such as the counter seating, booths, and soda fountain.

Park-N-Dine is open Sundays through Thursdays, from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m., 364 days a year. (You're out of luck if you want to eat here on Christmas Day.) The hours and location make this a convenient stop for a road trip meal.

Try a country-fried steak smothered in gravy. If that's not your thing, there are burgers, meatloaf, tempura-battered fish and chips, roast turkey, ham pot pie, and even liver and onions to choose from (among other options). Order a side of deep-fried pickles for something different and delicious too.
You can't come to Maryland and not try a crab cake! Park-N-Dine makes crab cakes from scratch daily and they are delicious.
