We’re going to Rocks State Park, where one of the most iconic hiking trails in Maryland awaits: King and Queens Seat Loop. This 3.2-mile trail has a little bit of everything we love about hiking in Maryland: gorgeous views, forested terrain, and lots of quality time in nature.

Hikers should note that this is a very popular trail, but that shouldn't deter you too much. If you can, try to take the trail earlier in the day and preferably, sometime during the week.
