Reynolds Tavern is an Annapolis gem that doesn't get as much attention as it deserves.
In fact, you'll still find the original stairwell from its 1737 construction, as well as other old features that beckon to the 18th century. To put that in perspective, this spot has been around since before Maryland had its statehood granted, in 1788.
There have been claims of objects moving by themselves, and dishes mysteriously breaking during paranormal investigations. And if you listen very carefully, you may hear Mary singing ghostly Christmas carols.
