In the span of less than two miles, you'll cross over boardwalks, admire swampland, and even explore a fossil beach. It's easy to see why this trail is one of our favorites in the entire state.

Right across from Harper's Ferry, West Virginia lies one of the most scenic hikes in Maryland. The 2.5-mile Maryland Heights Trail features stunning rock formations and an overlook from which you can enjoy beautiful views of Harper's Ferry.
