Driving can be exhausting but some places are worth the distance. Take the following restaurant, for example. This hidden gem may be considered in the boonies to some people, but anyone who’s dined here knows its worth. Prepare for a feast of epic proportions at Bud’s at Silver Run.
Bud's at Silver Run is located in Carroll County, about 15 minutes north of Westminster. There's not too much surrounding it but people come here for the food, not the attractions.
From the exterior, this place appears to be a normal house.
But step inside and you'll see just how charming this spot is. The dining room has an enchanting atmosphere, complete with a fireplace. It's on the smaller side so be sure to make a reservation.
Or if you're in the mood for a bar scene, have a seat at the rustic bar and stay a while.
Visitors rave about the crab cakes, which are perfect all on their own.
If you're in the mood for something heavier, the meaty dishes never disappoint.
Bud's at Silver Run also accommodates events for up to 200 guests. How perfect would this quaint place be for a wedding reception?
If you're ever up for a scenic drive, consider heading here. This place is worth the trip.
