You don’t have to travel out of state to take an epic vacation. Most Marylanders don’t know that several of our towns offer a variety of places to see and things to do. These 12 vacations in Maryland are great for all ages. Check them out and decide where you want to go first!
1. Deep Creek Lake

Located in the western part of the state, you'll find Deep Creek Lake. Stay at a campsite or cabin and spend a few days exploring one of the most beautiful parts of the state. Cool off in the lake, hike one of the several area hiking trails, and visit the waterfalls at Swallow Falls State Park.
