First is the oldest part called Funtown. This is where you will find kiddie rides, thrill rides, go carts, and games. Then the second part that was added years later is called Splashtown. Splashtown is the place to go for all your water fun, splash pads, water slides, and pools. That's not to say you can't splash around in Funtown - the Log Flume is always a crowd favorite!
If you are a thrill-seeker, then you will find none better than the Dragon’s Descent.

One of the newer and widely popular attractions, this ride will definitely get your blood pumping. You start the ride with a peaceful ascension to the top. Then you will be sitting on top of the tallest attraction in Northern New England. The views are incredible, but they won't last long. All of a sudden, you will drop straight down 220 feet. The ride is a thrill in all senses of the word.
Another high thrill-seeking ride is the Excaliber.

This castle and the knight-themed wooded roller coaster is the highest wooden roller coaster in Maine. There is a reason people will come back to it time and time again. From its initial drop to the whipping corners the Excaliber is sure to excite.

This ride has been around for a long time and is still a very popular attraction in the park to this day. The ship will start rocking back and forth until it ascends to a nearly 90-degree angle. Funtown houses many rides throughout the park that range from kiddie to thrill-seeking.
Splash town is the place to go when the summer sun unleashes its intense temperatures.

Beat the heat with the many different water slides they have or wade in the pools. Little kids can splash around in the splash pads, but adults can too (don't let the kids have all the fun).
