On a chilly weekend in Maine, it can be tempting to stay inside and wish it were already spring. While there’s nothing wrong with staying cozy, we’re here to remind you that cold weather doesn’t have to mean missing out on all that Maine has to offer. One of our favorite things to do on days when it’s too cold for outdoor fun is to hop in the car and go explore a new town in Maine. Even better if that trip involves shopping. Next time, hop in the car and head to the best town in Maine for antique shopping!
Enjoy a day at the beach in the summer, but be sure to take some time to enjoy the shopping that's on offer as well. Or, of course, go for a winter's drive to Wells to pick up what all the tourists are missing!
