Maine is full of forest, but that doesn’t mean you need to immerse yourself in the trees to have a head-clearing experience. There are lots of places here that will allow you to enjoy the breeze and take some time for yourself, without having to head to rural spots without cell service. A great option is this trail in southern Maine located right in the center of town.
The Westbrook River Walk is a part of Riverbank Park. You can learn more about it by visiting the trail’s official website. You can also check out Maine Trail Finder for more information on the route and how to find it.
