Don’t you just love state parks? Some of my favorite outdoor adventures involve visiting my local state parks and diving headfirst into nature. I love spending a day hitting the hiking trails or bringing my bike. Even just sitting sometimes in the sunshine and enjoying a picnic on a bench can really boost my serotonin. If you happen to live near a Maine state park, I recommend you plan a visit. And if that state park happens to be Bradbury Mountain State Park, then you’re about to have the time of your life.
