Michelle's life is a colorful map of exploration and adventure. From the iconic streets of New York to the sunny shores of Florida, the jagged coast of Maine to the rugged terrain of Montana, she's been fortunate to call some of America's most beautiful states home. Michelle graduated with a communications degree from the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and in addition to a career in advertising has worked with OnlyInYourState since 2016, where her love for travel and storytelling converges. Alongside writing and exploring, Michelle finds joy in photography, staying active, and time with her family.

One of the first things we think about after waking up is the weather. And mere seconds after that we’re on to determining what we’ll be eating for the day. Some days it’s pretty typical. But on our favorite kind of days, we’re planning a trip to this spot for the best fried chicken sandwich we’ve ever had. Move over Popeye’s! No matter how much new covered your version gets, we’re always going to opt for the local one.
Palace Diner is open every day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. You can learn more about them on their website, but be sure to follow them on Facebook for special events and menu updates.
