Hiking in Maine any time of year is one of the best ways to get a good sense of all that this state can offer. While we love the local shops and restaurants, so much of what makes this place special is the landscape. We love how much it changes depending on where and when you visit. But we also love just how fabulously unique some of the regions can be. This hike, located in Oxford County, offers some truly magnificent outdoor time and it’s worth the trip.
The Greenwood Ice Caves can be accessed year-round and is great for people who aren’t looking for something strenuous. You can learn more about the trail and see more photos and reviews from people who have visited by checking out alltrails.com.
