The mansion is located in an area that was once referred to as "Millionaire’s Row" just off Route 3. It's between the village of Hulls Cove and downtown Bar Harbor.
So, how much are we talking about? Right now the property is said to be valued at about $5 million, which is quite a drastic reduction from the original price!
Interested? The auction being run through Ferrante-Collier and is open to registered bidders who have paid 250,000 upfront by September 6th. The auction will take place at 2 p.m. on September 7th.
