The Dorm Haunting Mystery In Maine Still Baffles People Today
In Maine, ghost stories are a dime a dozen. With a history that dates back centuries, it’s no wonder that we’ve got roads, buildings and entire forests haunted by the ghost of some spooky creature or another. Recently, while spending a weekend with some University of Maine grads, we were reminded of one of the spookiest stories to be passed down. Today, those on the third floor can hear what sounds like furniture moving and banging taking place above them. Could the noise simply be other students actually moving things? Perhaps. But it's unlikely given that nothing exists above the third floor...just a flat roof.

Today, her ghost is said to roam Mallett, making unexplained noise and causing cold areas in otherwise warm corridors and rooms.
