Michelle's life is a colorful map of exploration and adventure. From the iconic streets of New York to the sunny shores of Florida, the jagged coast of Maine to the rugged terrain of Montana, she's been fortunate to call some of America's most beautiful states home. Beyond the U.S., Michelle's wanderlust has taken her on a motorcycle journey through India, led her to teach English in Hanoi, and saw her studying Spanish in Guatemala. Michelle graduated with a communications degree from the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and in addition to a career in advertising has worked with OnlyInYourState since 2016, where her love for travel and storytelling converges. Alongside writing and exploring, Michelle finds joy in photography, staying active, and time with her family.

The smell of fresh cheese is unmistakable. From mild to pungent and creamy to soft, there are so many different types of cheese that it can be hard to keep track of where it comes from, how it’s made, and how you’re supposed to eat it. That’s why we love this midcoast shop. Not only do they stock a huge variety of cheeses, but they also hold a vast amount of knowledge related to each one.
Eat More Cheese is located at 94 Main St. in Belfast, Maine. They’re open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. They’re closed on Monday. Visit their website for more information, including how to be a part of their cheese of the month club. You can also visit them on Facebook. Give them a call on 207-358-9701.
