Michelle graduated with a communications degree from the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and in addition to a career in advertising has worked with OnlyInYourState since 2016, where her love for travel and storytelling converges. Alongside writing and exploring, Michelle finds joy in photography, staying active, and time with her family.

So, when we went looking for the best grilled cheese in Maine, we weren’t surprised to find that our favorite spot had created what can only be called the most Maine grilled cheese ever invented! Behold: The Lobster Grilled Cheese!
Beal’s Lobster Pier is located at 182 Clark Point Road in Southwest Harbor, Maine and they can be reached at (207) 244-3202. They open for the season on May 14th, but you can order from them online via their website year round.
