Attean Lake Lodge is an all-inclusive resort, meaning all of your meals, activities, housekeeping, etc., are included in your visit. You really don’t have to worry about a single thing during your stay.
Here, you will find 14 lakefront cottages. No matter which cottage you stay in, don't be surprised if you want to spend all of your time sitting on the porch, staring at the lake and mountains surrounding you.
Each of the lakefront cottages varies in size and amenities. You’ll find cottages with one to three bedrooms. There are also private bathrooms, seating areas, and fireplaces where you can curl up to unwind and relax. All cottages also feature hot water.
The cottages at Attean Lake Lodge do not have electricity or cellphone service, allowing you to truly disconnect and enjoy some time immersed in Maine’s natural beauty. However, the lodge does boast solar power and Wi-Fi if needed.
While the cottages do not have electricity, they do offer gas lights and kerosene lanterns but it is recommended to bring your own flashlights and lanterns for additional lighting.
At Attean Lake Lodge, all meals are included with your visit. Breakfast is served in the lodge, lunches are packed to go, and dinner is served on the dining room porch.
And while the cottages are heavenly, you’ll want to get out and explore this beautiful destination. All activities are included and you can explore one of the five hiking trails off-island -- accessible by a quick boat ride -- take off in a canoe or kayak, or even spend a few hours tubing or waterskiing out on the lake.
