She got her start as a Boyertown Multi-Alloy Merchantman back during the Cold War Era. The truck was built on top of a 1961 International Harvestor chassis. All of this made it incredibly unique even back then! She was eventually commissioned by the Maine Civil Defense to act as a Mobile Feeding Unit during any local emergencies.

Her life now is much different. The truck sits on Portland Road and has picnic tables for visitors to enjoy the large, casual menu.
