This Tiny Shop In Louisiana Has Boudin To Die For
If you’ve lived in Louisiana for any length of time and you eat pork, there’s a good chance you’ve had boudin before. If you haven’t—well you are really missing out. It’s made by boiling down pork and a bit of pork liver for a long while, then mixing it up with rice and putting it into a sausage casing. It’s incredible.

This is no small part to Best Stop, which was established in 1986.

But don’t get confused—this is a full time Cajun meat operation.

Not to mention all of their other specialties.

Their pepper jack cheese boudin balls take the delicacy to a whole new level. And the new boudin egg roll, (pictured above,) will blow your mind.

The hardest part of visiting here is not knowing what to order.
