For nature lovers, the 103-acre facility is a perfect spot to spend the day exploring.

As you stroll down the trails, you’ll have a front-row seat to the surrounding cypress-tupelo swamp, as well as beech-magnolia and hardwood forests.

This award-winning, 9,500-square-foot building houses live animal exhibits as well as displays and exhibits about the park’s flora and fauna and the history of the area.

They frequently host special events and programs like bird walks, informative nature walks, and even night hikes where you’ll get to stroll through the park under the moonlight while listening to the symphony of sounds the swamps play at night!
