Diners just have a way to sneak into your soul, don’t they? The atmosphere and the food just brings you back to those good old days when things were simple, but sensational. There’s one little diner that’s home to some of the best biscuits in Louisiana, and you’ve got to try one.
The original location in Lafayette opened in 1992 and it didn’t take long before they expanded to open the Broussard location in 1997. The original Lafayette location was damaged in a fire in 2020 and as of February 2022, they are still closed but have been remodeling and have plans to reopen soon.
Get yours plain or smother them in gravy for a traditional Southern meal. You may even want to get a few to go so you can snack on them on the drive home. We wouldn't blame you, they're that good!
