New Orleans is one of the most culturally diverse cities in the country, so it’s no surprise you can find some of the best ethnic restaurants in Louisiana there. If you’re craving a taste of Havana, look no further than Que Rico! Cuban Cafe. This delightful and colorful little spot serves some of the best and most authentic Cuban food in Louisiana. It’s right in the heart of the Garden District, on Magazine Street. The cafe is so popular that they’re opening up a second location in Slidell as well.
The area is known for amazing restaurants, yet Que Rico! is so good that it still manages to shine.
Cuba may be known for its cocktails, but Que Rico! doesn't serve alcohol. They do have a delightful virgin mojito that is quite tasty, with the added benefit of you can drink as many as you want and still drive home.

Make sure to order a side of black beans: they're one of the specialty items here, and they're perfectly seasoned.
