The COVID-19 pandemic has everyone quarantined in their house for the next few days and maybe even weeks to come. Trips to the store have gotten more and more tricky, as everyone seems to be buying the same things. During these tough times, it’s important to laugh, so we thought we’d feature a lighthearted piece about things that everyone who lives in Louisiana has in their house during this quarantine.
Obviously. If there’s one thing we all went and stocked up on (besides toilet paper) it’s alcohol. If you're cooped up in your house for the unforeseeable future, you're going to need a drink or two to pass the time.
Your pantry is stocked up with all your favorite cajun spices to make all your specialty dishes with the help of that roux you've been stirring forever.
Because while you’re home with so much free time, you might as well do a deep clean in your house. Don’t forget those baseboards!
Is there anything missing from this list? What are some things you’ve stocked up in your home during the quarantine? Add yours to the comments below!
We realize this quarantine is a very serious matter, and we hope that everyone is taking the necessary precautions to stay safe and healthy during these uncertain times.
