The restaurant doesn’t have a typical menu---instead, it offers a 12 to 15 course tasting menu every night, changing up the dishes regularly.

The night doesn’t come cheap—it’s a flat $150 per person.

If you’re really picky about what you eat, this probably isn’t the place for you—they don’t like to let people know what the menu for a given night is before they arrive, to preserve the element of surprise.
