Leighann’s bologna, hot English mustard, shredded lettuce, mayo, American cheese and then topped with a heaping amount of potato chips on white bread. It’s like a kicked up version of your childhood staple sandwich.

Slow-cooked collard greens, swiss cheese, coleslaw, pickled cherry pepper dressing on rye bread. Yum!

Even their salads are like tiny mountains. Pictured above is their cabbage salad with sunflower seeds, herbs, fried garlic, pig ear cracklin, lime, and a roasted chili vinaigrette.
