These Two Woman Recreated That Iconic New Orleans Simpson Episode

In April of 2018, the popular television show, The Simpsons debuted in an episode where Homer Simpson eats his way through many of the city’s beloved restaurants.

In an act of epic admiration for both the city and the show, two Swiss women recreated Homer’s food crawl shot-for-shot and it’s pretty incredible.

They hit all of the same spots that Homer did in the show.

Frame by frame they match the episode perfectly.

It's impressive when you think of how time consuming this must have been!

And they ate their way through all of the iconic dishes at each eatery.

And a crawfish sausage po’boy at Tracey’s.

Of course they had to grab a muffuletta at Central Grocery.

And an alligator po’boy from Jacques Imo’s.

What trip to New Orleans isn't complete without a stop by Parkway Tavern?

Commander's Palace of course made the list, as did many other Crescent City culinary landmarks.
