You’ll find Sal & Judy’s over in Lacome, Louisiana. Even though it’s slightly off the beaten path, that hasn’t stopped people from all over southeastern Louisiana from making the drive over to feast on a delicious Sicilian Creole meal. This timeless restaurant has been a local favorite for over 40 years, and they just keep getting better with age. Next time you’re in the mood for some delicious pasta and seafood, head on over to Sal & Judy’s. Let’s check it out.
Sal and Judy’s opened in 1974 in Lacombe, Louisiana.
When Chef Sal Impastato picked Lacombe for his restaurant, his friends and family told him it would never work, that it was too far out of the way. But Sal fell in love with Lacombe, which reminded him of his hometown in Sicily.
The timeless restaurant has a homey, neighborhood feel from the moment you walk in.
Pictures of the Impastato family hang from the walls, nostalgic reminders that this is in fact a family-owned-operated restaurant. Whether you're celebrating something special or just looking for someplace to share a meal with loved ones, Sal & Judy's is just the ticket.

The menu hasn’t changed much in the last 45 years.
They make it from scratch every day, using only the freshest ingredients around. It’s so good that they bottle it up and sell it, and you’ve probably seen it on the shelves at your local grocery store.
From crawfish and crabmeat cannelloni to shrimp scampi, Sal & Judy’s menu has a little something for everyone.
