New Orleans is no stranger to up-cycling buildings. When buildings no longer serve their current purpose, you can bet that someone is waiting to turn one man’s trash into another man’s treasure. Just look at how Cowbell on Oak Street turned a former gas station into a quirky eatery. Rosedale Restaurant is one of those places, and it’s worth your while to pay them a visit.
Rosedale is open Wednesday-Friday from 11 a.m.- till and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.- till. They also serve brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m.- 3 p.m., which features a special Brunch menu that’s constantly evolving.
