Then you’ll want to make your way over to one of the newest adventure parks near New Orleans, Magnolia Ridge Adventure Park. Located about two hours northwest of New Orleans in a tiny town called Ethel, this place is a hidden gem in Louisiana.
Nestled along the Comite River, Magnolia Ridge recently opened in 2020.

The 32-acre park offers a one-of-a-kind zip line experience that’s fun for all ages.

The eight-part zip line will have you soaring through some of Louisiana’s most beautiful natural scenery, including magnolia and elm trees and those iconic ancient oaks.

Keep your eyes peeled and you may even spot some wildlife down below! A variety of wildlife call the area home, so you might catch a glimpse of a white-tailed deer, turkey, raccoons, and more.
