5 Holiday Markets In New Orleans Where You'll Find Amazing Treasures For Everyone
It’s that time of year! As Christmas draws nearer, it’s time to start thinking about gifts for all of your loved ones. There are several holiday markets around the city where you can find some amazing homemade treasures by local artists, and you should check them out! Here are five of our favorites.

Head over to the Fairgrounds on December 10th from 1-4pm to browse more than 20 local boutiques selling everything from jewelry to art. General admission is $10, but there are also VIP tickets for $25 which allow you access one hour prior to the general admission plus you’ll receive bottomless drinks from 12-4pm. More than 60 vendors will come out on December 9th and December 16th from 11am-4pm. It’s a perfect place to get custom items from local artists, clothing, books, and more. Located at 612 Piety Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70117.

This open-air marketplace features between 80-130 local artists ranging from photography, glasswork, handmade clothing, soap, jewelry, ceramics, and much more. The next market will be December 16 and 17th between 10am-4pm.

You’re sure to find the perfect gifts at America’s Oldest Continually Operated Public Market. Open 7 days a week, this open air market has dozens and dozens of vendors where you can pick up something special for your friends and family.

Head over to Bar Redux to shop for vintage collectables, jewelry, art, and other handmade items. The event benefits New Orleans Bulldog Rescues, so come out and shop for a cause! It’s on December 3rd from 2pm-8pm at 801 Plans Avenue, New Orleans, LA.
