After years of research, architectural designs, and dreams, he finally built his dream home. Construction took about two years, and an over 85,000 bricks!

The walls in several locations are 2.5 feet thick, strong enough to withstand a cannonball. The dungeon (yes, dungeon!) is 13 feet below the castle, and many of the rooms were fashioned after other castles. For instance, the study was fashioned after Castle Coch in Wales.

Today, it’s a perfect venue for celebrations, reunions, receptions and more.
